PVC mold opening
The mold opening time for soft pvc and silica gel is 3 days (that is, samples are sent out in 3 days), and the cost starts at 200 yuan, and the mold fee is refunded for more than 2,000. It can be molded with the mold, flat or 3D effect, and the LOGO can also be silk-screened.
Advantages: fast time, minimum order of 100, various colors and appearances.
Insufficiency: the unit price of the shell is more expensive.

Metal mold
The metal mold opening time is 12-30 days (according to the degree of difficulty of the shape), the mold opening fee is 5,000 yuan to 12,000 yuan (according to the degree of difficulty of the shape), the LOGO is silk screen, and laser engraving.
Advantages: suitable for mass production.
Insufficiency: longer mold opening time and higher shell cost

ABS plastic mold opening
Abs plastic mold opening time is 12-30 days (according to the degree of difficulty of the shape), the mold opening fee is 8,000 yuan-18,000 yuan (according to the degree of difficulty of the shape), and the LOGO is silk screen.
Advantages: the housing unit price is relatively cheap, suitable for mass production
Insufficiency: Long mold opening time
